Email or call friends and family about upcoming adoption events. Invite them to participate where and when they can. If you'll be attending an event later in the month, directly invite friends and family members to join you. Sometimes all people need is a friend there so they feel comfortable. Soon, they'll be inviting their own friends--and these National Adoption Awareness Month's events will continue to grow in size and strength.
