This is a great time to ask your local libraries and book stores to feature adoption related books and media for National Adoption Awareness Month. Compile a list of books that you'd like to see, by visiting books.adoption.com then pass it along to your local librarians and book store employees. If they are short handed or unable to devote the manpower to complete the task, ask if you can volunteer to create the display, then check back every few days to see how it's doing. Creating an adoption book display during National Adoption Awareness Month is a great way to educate others on adoption, foster parenting and the children waiting for homes all across the world
